Flower Man

I went to a park next to the old UAEU campus.
Some gardeners were working very hard. One guy was always smiling. We thought he must be happy to see people who come here to appreciate his job. That is why he is smiling. Unfortunately we can't speak Arabic so we can't talk with him, but it is easy to imagine what he was thinking. Since to get into the park we have to cross a very busy road without a zebra crossing the park was very quiet.
When we stayed there for 2 hours, he never stopped moving, watering, weeding, sweeping dead leaves, it seems like there are so many things to do to produce these flowers.

Before leaving, I wanted to take his photo. When I found him he was removing old marigolds from a garden. So I named todays post "Flower Man". (Inspired by my daughter).

  4. Some time ago, my daughter's husband returning from the Emirates, where he went to travel work, sitting down to dinner with us, I said ... "It would be nice for you, Rita, it's so full of flowers, for those who paint flowers is a paradise. "
My son in law was there with people for work reasons and he do not shooted photographs ...
But now the fate makes me see these wonderful places and these flowers through you, dear Midori!
    A true paradise for watercolorists!
I love your diary and I admire the portrait of the man of flowers, full of strength and sweetness!!!Ciao,Rita.

  11. Hi Rita,
    came baick from UAE?
    Wow that's great!
You might be feeling UAE very close these days?
Unfortunately, all flowers got hoses to get water. Otherwise, they can't survive.Poor flowers. Almost all flowers never have experience to have rain in UAE.

  12. HI Studio at the Farm,

His right side arm was not yellow like this.
I just created. After painting flowers. I thought it was quite boring painting. So I added yellow as an accent.
