Wadi, Al Ain

 I like to see the morning light. Around 7 am, some people are already started walking towards their work.Every morning, I see this rough concrete path. Finally I painted it this morning.
I like the guy's shadow and shadow's of a pole which is not seen in this paper.

Near Al Ain Mall

I painted this street almost year ago.

My way of painting changed a lot today.

I ignored tiny details and focused on the green net of construction site.

先日，熱くなったなべのとってを、
知らずににぎってしまい、
左手にやけど。

握った瞬間、血圧がががーーーーーーーんと、
あがったのがわかった。
心臓がばくばく。
昔は、やけど程度で、全身が反応するなんてことはなかった。

週１で、ヨガをはじめた。
知り合いが、
教えてくれるという。
最初の２回のレッスンのあとは、
地獄だった。
歩けない。
夕ご飯の支度をするのも、
つらいくらいからだがぼろぼろになった。

ヨガは健康になるためにやるのに、
これはなんなんだーと。

気がついた。
やりすぎなわけだ。


若いひとと、いっしょに、１時間半はわたしには長すぎた。

２回わずらって気がついた。

デ、今日は、４５分。

体すっきり。
無理は禁物。

自分の体を知ること。
いや、自分の年齢をしることが、
こんなに大切なことだとは。

やけどのあと、
毎日、
血圧を測るようになった。

１４年もまえに、ただでもらっていた血圧計。

使ったことがなかった。


何かで、病院にいくたびに、
１００と６０とかで、
安定した血圧だったから。

なんと、やけどのあと、１４２まであがった。
めまいはするし、吐き気はするし。
３日後くらいにすぐに落ち着いたけれど、

高血圧の人の気持ちがやっとわかった次第。

あのあと、毎日血圧をはかるようになった。

体にいいと、kale という野菜を注文したりも。

体はいつかは、動かなくなるだろうが、
頭だけはしっかりしておきたいと願っている。

Al Jimi Mall

Carrifour is opened at 9am everyday.I am lucky to live very clost to it.

There are lots of signs of shops, flags and chairs of cafe and  ..

So I tried to paint by sepia to learn how to simplified.

Painting Al Ain

I like to focus on people who are working for this town.

It is around 7am.

It is already hot.

Everything turns to indigo blue this time and little by little all thing get colour.

I like to catch this moment.

It is a day to paint Japan.

negative painting

Whenever I do negative painting, I feel like I found out something different world in my soul.

My home town in Japan

There is no sea in Al Ain.

Because it is inland in UAE.

I really want to paint water yesterday.

Finally, I borrowed my facebook friend photo( I got permission from her)>

 I used mainly indigo, 

sepia and violet.

It is so much fun to paint water.

I feel I have been changing little by little. It is really weird feeling.
Because I have never enjoyed painting landscape.
Especially when I tried to paint water, I feel so happy.

I've been living middle of the desert for 14 years.
My soul has been looking water deeply.

I've known this round about for 14 years.Whenever I drive this RA, I want to paint, but I have no idea how  to do. Finally, I did yesterday. The composition was not perfect, but I feel so happy to see this piece.
How many people pay attention about this RA, because everybody busy to go to their offices and drop their kids etc. Not many chance to appreciate our surroundings.  Me either.

Golden rope

I don't know why I always automatically focus ropes which tie between them.
