ソーラーパネルつきの車。夢のような車がすでに市場にあった。
トヨタ、Prius は、燃費がいいので有名だけれど
今度は、それに、ソーラーパネルがついていて、
太陽の下で、駐車しているだけで、充電してくれて、
１日６キロはその、ソーラーパワーで走れる。
ということは、さほど、車を使わないわたしがもし
プリウスをもつことができたら、
ほとんど、ガソリンは買わなくていいことなる。
日本にいないし、車に興味があるわけでもないので、
すっかり見逃していた。
というのは、
ここ、UAEでは、１年中晴れといっていい。
ここでは、ソーラーパネルを屋根にとりつけている家が１件もないのか不思議だったし、
ずいぶん前に、誰かが、車にソーラーパネルつけてあれば
ガソリンいらないよね。といっていたとき、そんな夢みたいな
ことなかなかおこらないわよねと笑いとばしたのをおもいだした。
なんと、トヨタはすでに発売していた。
３，０００，０００円から、４，０００，０００円まで、
お値段は、オプションによってちがう。
まー、いまのところ、
この車を買う予算がないのが、残念なところだけど。
太陽が見えない日がないほど、１年中いい天気のUAEでは
ぜひとも、売れてほしい車.
なんと、ネットで価格を調べると、日本で買うより、２０％も安かった。
もう、何年も前に、レンタカーを借りて、
家族で旅行にでたことがある。
プリウスを借りた。
私が、ドライバー。
では、いってらっしゃいませ。
と、レンタカーショップの女性店員さんが
丁寧に頭をさげた。
しかし、あまりにも、私が普段のっている車とちがって、
テクノロジー満載なので、まず、エンジンのかけ方がわからない。
あのー、エンジンのかけ方がわからないんですが。
と、店員さんにたずねると、
すでに、エンジンはかかっております。という。
あまりにも、静かなエンジン音で、まったくといっていいほど
音がしないので、わからなかった。
考えれば、いろんなところで恥を描いて生きているなと思う。
There is a car which has a solar panel on the roof in the market already. The Toyota Prius!!!
The Prius is very famous as a fuel efficient car.
The new type of Prius has a solar panel on the roof.
When the car is parked, the battery is charged automatically and it runs 6km a day by the solar.
It means if I have a chance to have it, I would rarely go to a petrol station.
I am not interested in cars at all, so I didn't know about it at all.
I always think about why there is no house in UAE which has solar panels on the roof and one day when I was talking with friends about energy, the friend said if we have a car with a solar panel, we could have saved lots of money, because solar is free. When the friend said so, we laughed at it and thought it would be a dream, but it is already on the market.
Amazing!!!
The price of the Prius is between 3,000,000 yen to 4,000,000en.It depends on the option.
According to the UAE market, it is 20% cheaper here than buying it in Japan.
Unfortunately, I have no budget for it though.
Speaking of Toyota Prius, I humiliated myself a long time ago when I got back to Japan.
I planned to drive a hot spring tour with my family.
We rented a Prius then.
at the rental car shop, after we finished the paperwork, a female member of staff said," Your car is ready in front of our shop.
Have a great trip". And she bowed deeply and elegantly.
I was the driver.
I sat in the driver’s seat, but I didn't know how to start the engine.
I asked the shop staff, " Excuse me, I don't know how to start the engine."
She said," The engine has already started."
The engine was on, but it was really quiet so I couldn't hear anything.
I had never experienced such a quiet car.
I was really embarrassed.
My daughter laughed at me from the back seat.
