遠近法で家を描いてみたいという人がいたので、

サンプルを描いてみた。

８minutes challenge.
これは、トルコあたりのテイーポット。
３年ほど前に、
２，０００円くらいで、ドバイで買った。
足つきがかわいくて、絵になると張り切って買ったのはいいけど、
描くとすごくむずかしくて、
成功したためしがない。
今回も、８分で色まで行きつけず。
静物は、正確に形をとることが要求されるので、
特にわたしにはむずかしい。

I tried drawing and painting this pot many times, but it is still very hard to me.
I will try this once a  week from now and show my progress.




日本のニュースも、yahoo Japanで、毎日のように、知ることができる。
テレビは、みないので、
ニュースはいつも、ｐｃからとうことになる。
最近、目だっておおいのが
教師の不祥事。
生徒に性的な行為をして、
処分となるケースが毎日のように
記事になる。


私が、子供のころには
そういうことを耳にしたことはまったくなかった。
突然、ある先生が、性的行為を生徒ともったため、
解雇など、きいたことがない。

最近は、またかというかんじで、
悲しいことにあまり、おどろかなくなった。
その教師は、処分され、
それで、事件は終わったようにみえないことはないだろうか。
なぜ、そういうことになったのかと、掘り下げることに焦点をあてているだろうかとおもうときがある。

教師の勤務時間は長い。
中学ともなると、
クラブ活動の面倒もみないといけない。
夏休み、冬休みも、春休みも、ほとんどが出勤。
親戚の子供は、中学の先生を目指していたけれど、
現状を知って、なることをあきらめた。
自分のすべての時間は、学校とともにあり、
個人としての生活はないに近いとわかったから。

I can get news all over the world from Internet.
So I see Japanese news from Yahoo Japan almost every day.

What I feel is recently whenever I read Yahoo Japan is disgraceful sexual matters of school teachers which often happens in Japan.

It would be easy to punish the teacher who sexually approaches to kids.
But I don't think it would not solve that kind of problems permanently.
We should focus why it happens.
Why the teacher did it.
When I was a child, I've never heard this kind of scandals and about teachers who were dismissed from schools.
Working hours of teachers are very long in Japan.
Middle school teacher 's working hours must be much longer than primary school teachers because almost all public middle school has an after school activity which has to be led by the school teachers.
No summer holiday, no winter holiday and no spring holiday either.

Is it possible to make teachers lives better in this situation?
Unfortunately, I don't think so.
To have fulfilling private lives is the most important for teachers.

My niece wanted to be an English teacher of middle school, but she had to change her dream because she'd realized that all of her time would have been contributed to a school until retirement.
Her mother was a primary school teacher, so the niece knew how hard teachers lives would be.
Teachers should be treated as a human at least.
Teacher's scandals are the great sign. They need a help.

Japan is the worst country which can't make a line private and work.

Here in  UAE, at least a month summer holiday, about 3 weeks holiday for winter and spring.

それが、仕事へのやる気につながらなければならないはず。

日本は、仕事とプライベートの線を引きにくい国だ。
ここ、UAEでは、夏休みは、ほぼ１ヶ月。

そういう部分では、
ここは
人間を人間として、扱っている国かもしれないとおもう。

I can get news from all over the world from the Internet, so I see Japanese news from Yahoo Japan almost every day.

先日、９歳の男の子と話しているときに、

ときくと、

おかあさんは、料理をしないという。

ぜんぜんしないの？

ときくと、

ぜんぜんしないよ。という。

言葉につまってしまった。

親の形はいろいろある。

ただ、ひとつ共通するのは、

台所に立つ母親の像のような気がする。

わたしが小さいとき、

夏休みの朝は特別だった。

ラジオ体操から、帰ると、玄関の外まで

朝ご飯のいいにおいがしていた。

自分には、帰るところがあると思う瞬間だった。

I had a chance to talk with a 9 years old boy 2 days ago.

We started to talk about food then.

What kind of food does your mum cook?

The boy answered.

My mum doesn't cook.

Not at all?

Yeah, she doesn't cook at all.

I had no idea what to say to him.

It is very common to have helpers ( house maids and babysitters)at home in UAE.

Alwyn さん。２５分で描き終わりたかったけど、

４０分もかかってしまった。

８分で描けるかどうかやってみた。

大津市に住んでいた、１９９５年ころ、
BSで、Alwyn Crawshawの水彩の番組を英語で、見ていたのを思い出した。
あのころ、絵の描き方がわからなくて、自分で適当に描いて遊んでいた。
先日、22年まえに大根を水彩で描いたのが倉庫からでてきた。
とても、ここにポストできるような代物ではなかった。
Youtubeで、探してみたら、２２年前にすでに、おじさんだったかAlwynさんは、
そのまま時が止まったかのように、今も、あのままの姿で、絵を描いていた。
彼が英語で言っていることがわかるようになったのが、
わかった今なんともいえない感動がある。
あれから、２２年が過ぎた。
あのころ、水彩でひたすら絵を描く画家を追う番組など、
日本ではなかったので、
非常に珍しかったのを覚えている。
あのころ、まさか、彼の肖像画を描くことになるなんて
おもいもしなかった。

 In 1995, When I was living in Otsu- city in Japan, I loved to watch one of BS program which Alwyn Crawshaw who was showing his watercolour demonstrations. There was a rare program I think , because there were no that kinds of TV program in Japan. He painted with watercolour and explained how to do thoroughly. I didn't understand English then, so I used to guess what he was saying.
I found out him on Youtube last night. He didn't change at all and he was still painting watercolour .
I am so happy to watch what he is doing now.

子どもの水彩レッスン用に、

日本ではこういうものがある。

絵の具、パレット、筆，筆洗、

スポンジの５点セットが

きれいにバッグに入っていて、

文房具屋さんに売ってある。

こういうものが、

ここUAEにはない。

自分の水彩セットとか、習字セットとか、日本は、自分で、自分のものは

責任をもつようになっているけれど、

ここでは、

絵の材料は、学校側は全部用意するので、

生徒はそういうものをまったく持っていったりする必要がないので、

お店に売っていない。

だから、

子供用のアートの材料集めはかなり大変。

パレットは、あっち、

絵の具はこっち、

筆は、また、別の店、

紙は、近くの文房具屋、

という始末。

日本みたいにアートバッグを売ってくれると、

１度の買い物ですべて終わるのにとよく思う。

There are lots of kinds of art bags for kids in stationary shops in Japan.

Some stationary companies sell an art bag  which contains a pallet,

a box of paints,  some brushes, and a water jar.

Unfortunately, there are no art bags like this in UAE.

In UAE, kids don't need to take their own art materials to their schools, because basically

schools prepare all the materials for art classes.

That's why kids don't need to buy their own art bags like Japan.

So I am having a hard time with kids’ lessons.

A pallet, paints, brushes, papers.

It is impossible to get from only one shop in this town, Al Ain.

I have to drive to at least 4 different shops to get them.

I hope a Japanese company  will start to sell those art bags in this country.

It will definitely save lots of time.

モスリムの人の家では、お祈りに使う数珠やら、なにやら、

美しいモチーフがいっぱい。泊り込みさせていただきたいほど。

突然、菜食になってしまったので、真剣に野菜が続く。
豆腐葉、大切なタンパク源。
しかし、スーパーに売っている豆腐はおいしくないので
自分でつくることにした。

ヒヨコマメで作る。
ずいぶん前に、ここ、UAEに住んでいた日本人の友人のお勧め。
Cookpadのお世話になりました。

Tofu is a very important source of protein for vegetarians, but the tofu which is sold in supermarkets is not great over here.

So, I am going to make my own tofu today. I will use chick peas for it, not soybeans.

Only chickpeas and water.

Super simple.

豆を一晩浸ければいいだけです！

 カロリー・塩分を計算

一晩浸けた状態！

鍋に入れる、最初は強火！

トロミが出てきたら火加減を中火弱にする

コツ・ポイント

水が大目だとゆるめに、少なめだとしっかりとした豆腐に！ また、しょう油をかければおかずに黒蜜などかければ和菓子になります。そして残ったおからは色々な料理に変身します、トルコ料理のコロッケの材料にも！

このレシピはひよこ豆を煮た後の汁がゼラチンみたいになったのを見て固まるのかな？って！思い実験した結果、できたのがこれです！

二人の体で、うんこをはさんでゴールに運ぶスポーツ。

公園で体操しながら、うんこをしてみよう。

体育の先生が、うんこをもらしたまま
授業をつづけている。


体という、漢字の書き方の練習です。
英語に直すのがつらいです。

すべての問題のなかに、うんこがでてきます.
友人が教えてくれました。
ここ最近、こんなにわらったことはありません。
うんこは、どうしても、忌避されがちです。
でも、ここまで、うんこづくめのドリルをつくるいさぎよさ。
人が作り出したものを批判することは、簡単なことです。
多くの親が子供たちが、マンネリしたドリルで、
うんざりしていた今、
活気的なものが登場しました。

This is a drill which shows how to use the Chinese character, 体, which is said as karada and means body。It uses the word (     ) unko, which means poo, in every sentence.  I haven’t laughed out loud like I did when I read this in a long time.

 It isn’t a word that Japanese use in their everyday lives, and some people might think it is not really decent to use it while studying Chinese characters and Maths, but I liked it and thought it was very bold and interesting.

The translations of the sentences above are:

１．A sport in which two people sandwich poo between them and carry it to a goal.

2. Shall we poo, while we exercise in a park?

3.A physical education teacher continues his lesson though he has poo-ed.

算数も、うんこだらけです。
きもちいいです。

こういうことを、一言で、ただ低俗と言い切ってはいけない。
それを、ドリルにとりいれたという勇気をたたえたい。
これを、作り出したひとが、
昨日は、テレビにでていたらしい。

だから、昨日の夜、やっと、日本では子供の日だったんだということに気がついた。
外国に住むと、こういうことになる。
外国に住むと、母国のことがよくわかる。
いいことも、悪いことも。

鯉のぼりを作らされたような気がする。
不器用なので、
図工なんて、
大嫌いだった。
いまだったら、
上手につくれるのにとおもう。


日本は、ひな祭りがあったり、子供の日があったり、
なんだかんだと、祝日がなにかの
節目節目になっている。


日本人は行事大好き人間として世界的にも有名だ。
今、やっとわかった。
日本人は、節目節目で誰かを、そして何かをいつも、祝日と関連づけてどの国にもまして
敬っていたい国民なのだということを。

Last night I realized it was Children's day in Japan yesterday.

Living in a foreign country, it can be really hard to remember Japanese culture.

When I was in primary school, we made paper carps for Children's day. Since I was clumsy, I disliked art then, butI'm sure I would do a much better job now if I had the chance.

日本の、古い話によると、鯉は、決断力のよさ(?),力強さ、障害を克服する力のシンボルとなっています。よろい、かぶとも力と勇気を抱かせるものとして、かざられます。

1 昨日、クラッシックコンサートに友人といってきた。
クラシックなんて、はっきりいってまったくわからない。
けど、やはり、プロの仕事をみてみたいとおもう。
Edgar Moreau, 22 歳。チェリスト。
長い、長い曲すべてを覚えていた。
まったく、本は見ない。
オーケストラと一緒に弾くので、さらに記憶しなければならないことは多いわけで、
友人たちとどうして、あれだけのことを覚えられるのか。
同じ人間なのにねーと、いっしょに行ったった友人と、なぐさめあった。

Edgor Moreau is a great cellist. He showed exquisite performance.
We were wondering how he can memorize the long tune.It took about 15 minutes.
I don't know about classic music at all, but I would like to see jobs of professionals.
It was a fantastic night.
I just painted him from the concert pamphlet.

My pulse is 68 this morning, Because of muscle pain, I can't do any exercise today.
Mustle need  a rest.

自分が菜食主義になるなんてこと、考えたこともなかった。
スーパーで、牛肉をみると、
ちょっと、１歩引いてしまうようになって、
先日は近づくのもいやになった。
なぜだろう。
体が、自然と拒否してしまう。

ネットで、調べてみたら、同じ様な人が結構いる。
やたらと、トマトが食べたくなるというような、体質にかわりつつある。

I've never thought I wanted to be a vegetarian.

It happened suddenly. I've come to dislike eating meat. I don't want to even see the meat section in a supermarket these days.

I still eat fish, but I won’t eat meat for a while.  I checked on the Internet whether other people felt the same as me and it seems there are others who have just gone off meat eating. It is quite interesting, but I couldn't find it why it happens.

When I got up, my pulse was 65.
After Tabata 4 minutes exercise, it raised 110, but it went down to 76 within 2 minutes.

１日目.

田畑式トレーニングとは、立命館大学スポーツ健康科学部学部長の田畑泉教授が考案したトレーニング方法です。

海外ではすでに認知度が高く実践している方も多いのですが、日本生まれであるにも関わらず日本においては、まだそれほど知られていないのが現状のようです。

タバタ式トレーニングは「タバタプロトコル」と呼ばれており、元スピードスケート選手の清水宏保さんも現役時代に取り入れていたことで話題となりました。

やり方はとても簡単で「20秒動いて10秒休む（これで1セット）」という流れを8セット（4分）行うだけ。


Tabata training was created by Professor Tabata who was working at Ritsumeikan University as a Sport Health Science Manager. Although it has become popular in other countries, it was created in Japan, though, it is not well known in Japan yet.

The Tabata workout is called a "Tabata protocol." It was developed by the professor and an ex-speed skater, Hiroyasu Simizu, who used this method until retiring from skating.

The method is really simple.  Workout for 20 seconds and  rest for 10 seconds . This is 1 set.

Just do 8 sets, which will take about 4 minutes.Any form of exercise can be used, but it should be done to the maximum. The aim is to push the heart rate up and the body to its maximum performance. Although there is a rest in every set, it is not enough for full recovery, so each set becomes progressively harder.

先日は、１年３ヶ月ぶりに

UAEにかえってきた、

友人に会うために、

アルアインから、

女３人でアブダビにでかけた。

わたしの１５歳の古い車で、

ちゃんと、到着するかどうか、

実は不安だった。

案の定、途中で

エアコンがこわれ、

暑い暑いといいながらも

１時間４０分で到着。

Millenium Hotel に住む友人は、まるで、

セレブ。

ジム、プールつきで、部屋にはお掃除の人までやってくる。

見晴らしも最高。

隣は、おおきなショッピングセンターがあって、

買い物にいくのに、

車はいらない。

写真は、その彼女の部屋のある１６階からの眺め。

女４人。

しゃべりつづけ、

笑いつづけ、食べ続けて

楽しい時間だった。

女同士は、ほんとに楽しい。

４人とも、子供が手からはなれたという

状況がおなじ。

どこかで、慰めあってるのかもしれないとおもう。

Last weekend I drove up to Abu Dhabi with 2 ladies to meet our friend who got back to the UAE from Hungary.

I was really worried  about reaching Abu Dhabi without any trouble, because my car is 15 years old, it’s a Mitsubishi.

Sure enough, the air conditioner broke on the way.

Even though we complained about the heat,

we reached Abu Dhabi anyway.

It took an hour and 40 minutes.

Our friend has been living in the Millenium Hotel for 2 weeks now.

A huge shopping centre is attached to the hotel,

so she doesn't need to use a car for shopping and dining.

It looks like a celebrity’s life!!!

4 ladies talked, laughed and ate for 3 hours in a restaurant and her hotel room.

I realized that we have the mutual subject of our kids who left the UAE for study and work.

I feel like we might be comforting each other after our kids left.

Our bond through yoga still exists.

 胃カメラ飲まずにすんだ。


息を二つの袋のなかにふきこむだけで、
胃の中に、菌がいるかいないかがわかるテストをうけました。
それで、その結果が陰性だったので、胃カメラは飲むに必要がないということになりました。
医学は、日々進歩しています。
あまり、簡単に終わったので、拍子抜け。

この、Urea Breath testは、胃の中に細菌であるところのピロリ菌の有無を調べるためのものです。ピロリは、炎症、潰瘍、胃の機能減退の原因となります。

he urea breath test is a rapid diagnostic procedure used to identify infections by Helicobacter pylori, a spiral bacterium implicated in gastritis, gastric ulcer, and peptic ulcer disease. It is based upon the ability of H. pylori to convert urea to ammonia and carbon dioxide.(From Internet)


この、Urea Breath Testによって、胃炎、胃潰瘍、消化系の潰瘍？の原因となるHelicobacter pylori,spiral baceriumが胃に影響を与えているかどうかが、瞬時にしてわかると書かれてあります。

それが、H,pylori が尿素を、アンモニアと二酸化炭素に変える能力があることに着目して、開発されたテスト.



これで、胃カメラなどという、大それたことをしなくても、早期胃がん発見につながるのだから、もっと宣伝してよいようにおもうのですが。
生の魚を食べるので、日本人は、他国に比べて胃がんが多く、
外国は、一般的に、大腸がんだそう。
これを聞いた後、帰宅したら、かんづめのツナがはいった料理だった。
生のさかなではないからいいのだけれど、どうも、食欲がわかない。
日本人の胃がんは、魚の復習のようにおもえた。

このバッグに息を吹き込むだけ。

I didn't need to have an endoscopy last night, because I got a negative result for The Urea Breath Test which I had 2 days ago.

I didn't know about this test, so I felt so lucky.

Because I was really scared to have the endoscopy.

I appreciate the medical progress so much.

If we can see what is happening in the stomach without an endoscopy that is the best of all.

Stomach cancer ranks first among cancers in Japan and is statistically higher than in any other country.

The doctor said that the colon cancer ranks first in Western countries.
